direct access on foot to 2 beaches directly in the residence "batteries".

Attention: Oct-Nov 2018 - facade work! I would not rent so long as the work in the residence is not completed. The delay is possible for the end of work, (scheduled for late nov) because, the work is very "weather-dependent" ... and we are above the water!

Rent really in the water in Collioure, it is to be "like on a boat", you are directly above the water ... it is not done today!

it is a housing of 65 m2 with:

-2 bedrooms, (queen size bed 160 cm, and classic double bed 140 cm, (not separable) cupboards)

-a large terrace directly on the sea!
-Farking closed (collective, covered with assigned place) and parking space in front of the apartment.
-Wifi free (livebox), and TV by ADSL
- heating in winter of course, and air freshener in summer.

the apartment is located in a seaside residence, and family with direct access to 2 beaches, eccentric compared to the city, which avoids noise and parking problems. But you have all the amenities within reach, on foot or by car.
The market days in Collioure is the obstacle course by car, so, the good plan is ... on foot by going there, and take the free shuttle, or the bus back ... cheaper the parking meter!

Shops nearby (150m Lidl), and Collioure or Port Vendres.
you are 1.2 km walk from Collioure and 1 km from Port Vendres.
By car, count 5 minutes. (more time to find a parking space is what takes the most time in high season),
On foot, about 15 minutes walking quietly.

Transport: Bus stop (200m) - with the bus at 1 € any trip in the department,
and Collioure train station (2km) or Port Vendres (2.5 km), and Taxis.

The apartment is located in a dead end street (little traffic, safety for children), and with very little passage, it has a small enclosed courtyard.

The apartment is fully equipped for 5 people, but the ideal is 4 people (because the third bed is a convertible corner sofa in the living room, comfortable, but in the living room ...).

Unfortunately, there are no disabled access (11 stairs exactly to go down on the entrance), the rest of the apartment is on the ground floor.

We are on the spot (living in the city center and restaurateurs in Collioure - glacier restaurant "l'Insolite", at the foot of the famous bell tower of Collioure on the seaside), you can visit us whenever you want, and we ask all good news, the team is always happy to help you (except in the middle of the rush, where it's hard to find the time to talk ...)

Boats: in season, shuttle service between Collioure, Port Vendres, Banuyls, Saint Cyprien, Argeles sur Mer and Barcarés, or rental of boats and scooters of the sea.
Rental scooters 50 or 125, on Collioure.

Ideal for 'snorkeling' (snorkel masks) along the coast, scuba diving on wrecks at Collioure and Port Vendres. Fishing line directly under the apartment, and all water activities nearby, Collioure (sailing, motor boat rental) and Saint Cyprien (jet ski, kite surfing etc). There are a lot of sports clubs in Collioure, and you can go there from us. (If necessary, I could join them for you).

Ski in winter: Long live Collioure where you can ski in the morning, go sailing in the afternoon, and finish with an aperitif on the beach!
You have the possibility, to be able to go up to the ski resorts of the Pyrenees, about one hour thirty by the road, with ski rental in station.
