Tourist License- HUTB-001524-89 ##Space My comfortable and lovely 3-bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting Barcelona. It is located in the Sant Antoni neighbourhood. As you are already in the city centre but you have as well great transport links with the rest of the city. The best part of the apartment is the living area. After a day exploring Barcelona, there is nothing better than relaxing on the sofa and watching TV or reading a book. With chic decoration and plenty of natural light, you will enjoy every moment you spend here. There is a small balcony with plants that give a calm and relaxing atmosphere to space. Next, to the living room, you have a small dining area where you can have wonderful breakfasts or dinners. You can use the space as well to work with your laptop. The kitchen has a cosy design and beautiful decoration. If you like cooking then you will have a good time in the stylish, fully equipped kitchen creating your best recipes! The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? There is a lot of storage space, so you can unpack your luggage and start feeling at home right away. The modern decoration and the huge space gives an incredibly relaxing atmosphere to space. The second and third bedrooms have two lovely single beds. All bedrooms are provided with fresh luxury linens and have plenty of space for all your belongings. Freshen up in the lovely bathrooms - wake up in the mornings with the fantastic showers. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. ##Guest access You will have access to the whole property. If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch through the channel platform. ##Neighborhood This apartment is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Sant Antoni, which is a trendy area in the centre of Barcelona. You will be located near the Sant Antoni market, which offers some of the best typical sea dishes from Catalonia in a charming area close to the University, Barcelona Fira and Montjuic Parks. The area is well-connected to the city centre via public transport and, though you are close to the centre of the city, the area has its own distinctive and unique charm. All the new trends in Barcelona such as the gin and tonic culture, the DIY hamburger, brunch, and vermouth have now materialized in Sant Antoni. Street art here is also part of the culture and there are plenty of amazing graffiti murals to view as you wander around the streets. For film buffs, the Renoir Floridablanca Cinema is a must-visit, where a wide selection of movies from all around the world is shown in their original languages on seven screens. Inaugurated in 2009, the Jardins De Candida Perez are beautiful shaded gardens that serve as an oasis from the bustling heart of the city. When it comes to finding a great place to eat out, a must-visit is Federal Café, one of the best spots for brunch in Barcelona. The place has an amazing terrace on top where you can spend lovely summer evenings. Be sure to try the poché eggs. There are often long queues to get into Sirvent because of its reputation for serving the best orxata in Barcelona (orxata being a traditional Valencian drink with tiger nuts). For tapas, head to Els Sortidors del Parlament which mixes a modern hip vibe with the feel of an old bodega. The tapas menu is excellent and the quality of the food makes it very popular amongst both locals and tourists. For a sophisticated drink, head to Bar Calders, which was named after the exiled 20th-century writer Pere Calders. Here, you can try some delicious homemade vermouth! Also in the area is The Moritz Factory, with a bar attached to the brewery where the famous Moritz beer is made. Sip special editions of the iconic brew or choose form 400 labels of wine in their trendy bar. For a fun atmosphere try Bar Ramon, with its unashamed Rock ’n’ Roll vibe. A genuine Bo Diddley guitar hangs on the wall and blues music is played all day. Finally, Bitter Cocktail Bar was opened in 2015 and is widely regarded as one of the very best cocktail bars in Barcelona and well worth a visit. As it is located at Sant Antoni (which is practically in the city centre) you can easily get to any part of the city. From my apartment, you can get to Plaza Catalunya in less than 20 minutes walking or taking a bus (D50) that will take you there in 10 minutes. If you want to go to the majestic and elegant street of Passeig the Gràcia, you can go walking (it will take you around 25 minutes). You can also take the train at Poble Sec Station (L3) that will take you there in 15 minutes. Just some minutes walking from my apartment, you can get bus number 120 that will take you to Barceloneta beach (25 minutes) From Poble Sec Station you can also get to the famous park Parc Güell by taking L3. Next, to my apartment, you have Poble Sec Underground Station (L3) and Sant Antoni Station (L2). The best option to get from my apartment to the Airport is to take the A1 Bus from Sepúlveda-Comte Urgell that will take you directly to El Prat. ##Other things to note Thank you for your interest in my apartment! To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following: -We also inform you that the apartment has two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a macerator WC system. -We will like to ask you in advance to make good use of it and please follow these rules: -ONLY TOILET PAPER can be placed inside the WCs. DO NOT THROW baby wipes, wet wipes, cotton, sanitary towels, feminine pads, matches, among others. -Please keep in mind that if you do not respect and follow this rule the system will be damaged, and the cost of this will be charged to you. We appreciate your comprehension in advance Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities. You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Barcelona aren’t soundproofed! Check-in time is at 3 pm. Please note that a late check in will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following: - From 20:00hrs: €20 - From 22:00h: €25 - From 00:00h: €40 This fee will be collected at check-in and must be paid by card. Please note that tourists are required to pay a daily fee of €2.25 in Barcelona city and €0.90 in other cities in Catalonia per person towards the city tax. The fee applies only for the first 7 days. Children up to 17 years old, do not need to pay. Please pay by credit card directly at your check-in to the person that will be welcoming you, who will provide you with a personal receipt. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
