· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rates and will be charged on-site by the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed, it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet, for booking of more than 7 days the maximum price will be 42€/pet/reservation.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
· Community pool subject to the rules of the community owners where the house is located. Pool usage rules may vary depending on the current situation Covid-19 restrictions.
