At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay,
ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our base rental
rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. If you wish to add
extra services, here are the additional costs:
1. Payment Methods: You can pay by credit card (with a 3% surcharge) or via
bank transfer. The Assistance service can be booked with either payment method,
allowing you to use their customer service and support during your stay.
2. Breakfast and Cleaning Costs: Included in the price.
3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.
4. Low Season Charges: During the low winter season (from 15/10 to 15/04), an
additional charge of €400 per week for water, electricity, and gas will apply,
based on actual consumption. For monthly stays, the cost is €1600 per month.
5. Late Check-in (from 20:00 to 24:00): Additional charge of €45.
6. Late Check-in (after 24:00): Additional charge of €70.
7. Pets: No additional charge.
8. Refundable Damage Deposit: €3000, refundable 7 days after check-out.
9. Prices are subject to a 10% VAT for the inclusion of hotel services.
