Ocean Park 37 - Three Bed is a penthouse apartment situated on the 5th floor (lift access) of the Ocean Park Phase II complex. The complex has a pool bar and the pool is heated. There is a large balcony off the living room and two of the bedrooms, which also enjoys sea views. The balcony is furnished with 2 sun loungers, patio table and 6 chairs, as well as an L-shaped rattan sofa with small table. The apartment also has wifi internet access. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a sofa and 2 armchairs, as well as coffee table, flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, dining table and chairs. The kitchen consists of a washing machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and tall fridge/freezer. There is also a breakfast bar and 2 stools. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers with large mirror above, fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room, which consists of a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with large mirror above and WC. The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chair and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, chair, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to a separate private balcony with a patio table and 2 chairs, with sea view. The second family bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with bathroom cabinet above and WC.

The owner offers an airport transfer for the same price as a taxi. The driver will bring the keys to the airport and take guests directly to the airport. This is the easiest way to collect keys.
