An outside Jacuzzi for up to 6 people, a Finnish sauna, and a heated swimming pool (on demand with a minimum of 10 days in advance) complete this outdoor paradise.

The 1st and 2nd floors house the Laundry Room and a 20m² bedroom with bathroom.
The third floor is where the main living begins. 4 guest bedrooms, two of which are suites, 3 bathrooms, a 130 m² fully equipped all-star gymnasium, and an office with a 5 meter meeting table and exit to the vertical garden. Enter these sculptured gardens and immerse yourself in landscaped bliss.
On the fourth floor you will find the immense master suite of 240 m² overlooking the sea on one side and the swimming pool on the other. Enjoy an extra large king-sized bed (3mx2m), a Turkish bath, a massage bed and a private terrace with direct access to the garden.
And finally, we arrive at the 5th floor with a large open-plan living room and loads of natural light. Here, at the highest point of the villa, you can take your pick of the views: the garden, the sea, the city, or the pool and pond. Relax on the large Arabic-style sofa while watching an 87" television, or entertain with table games, a kitchen, and a dining area with a made-to-measure entertaining table. This area is directly connected to the outdoor pool, as well as the jacuzzi, outdoor grill area and Finnish sauna.
Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed, 130x200 cm for double bed, 150x200 cm for queen sized bed and 180x200 cm for king sized bed.
Additionally, to make sure you never get bored at all, a games room awaits you on floor zero, and it will make your luxury stay unique. Here you can entertain yourself with pinball, ping pong table, air hockey, football table, table pool, electronic darts, and an arcade machine. Also on floor zero is a private garage with an electric charger. This is truly a retreat you will never want to leave."

Cleaning policy:
1) Our cleaning teams have received specialized training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes according to World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. All areas of each property, including high-touch areas such as doorknobs and handles, Faucets and switches are cleaned first and then disinfected with chlorine-based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive the full disinfection benefits.
2) Cleaning time allocations have been extended to accommodate the above.
3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins.
4) Our properties are accessed via a key box so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after each stay.
5) All our sheets and towels are supplied.
6) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff must wear masks when entering the property for any reason.
8) Cushions, throws and blankets have been packed in all properties until further notice.
9) We provide hand sanitizer for each property.
