Located in the center of the Natural Park of the Subbetic Mountains, with excellent communication and access, next to the A-339 road, at the junction with the Provincial road CO-7209.
Perfect location one hour from Córdoba and Jaén; hour and a half from Granada, Málaga Costa del Sol, Úbeda and Baeza, Ronda, and two hours from Seville.
To access the house you have to climb 8 steps and a small ramp, counting on the ground floor with large kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, freezer refrigerator and complete utensils for 12 people. Living room with open wood burning fireplace, WIFI, TV, 2 air conditioning splits, 2 armchairs and 2 sofas, as well as a table for the 12 guests.
It has 5 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms: 2 rooms with double bed of 1.35 x 1.90 m, 1 room with 2 single beds of 1.05 x 1.90 m, 1 room with a bunk bed of two beds 0.90 m and a room with a bunk bed of 0.90 m and a double bed of 1.35 x 1.90 m, all with large closets or comfortable.
