About the room
Spacious and bright double room with a large built-in wardrobe and a desk, ideal for studying or working comfortably. Located in the upper area of Barcelona, the apartment is fully soundproofed and just a 3-minute walk from El Putxet metro station, offering quick connections to any part of the city.
The area is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets and is next to Sant Gervasi Market, cinemas, and several sports and tennis clubs. Additionally, a 20-minute walk takes you to Collserola Mountain, where you can walk, run, or simply enjoy the stunning views and Barcelona's pleasant weather.
About the neighborhood
The Sant Gervasi neighborhood was annexed to Barcelona in 1897. Its proximity to Collserola made it a favored location for Barcelona's bourgeoisie, who established their second residences there during the 19th century. Sant Gervasi boasts a rich architectural heritage, from stately homes to the eclectic styles of Santa María de la Bonanova and the Valldonzella Convent.
Originally designed as a garden city, its main axis is Avenida del Tibidabo. Green spaces are the neighborhood's crown jewel, as it connects directly to the Collserola mountain range. Additionally, Sant Gervasi is home to some of Barcelona's top hospitals and universities, including Clínica Teknon, Abat Oliva CEU University, La Salle Bonanova, ESIC, UIC, and IQS.

Welcome Service (Administrative expenses)
The Tenant must pay at the beginning of his/her stay a Welcome Service fee of €250 to cover the costs of drafting and signing the legal rental Agreement, check-in at the Accommodation (see Arrivals and Departures Policy), supply of two pillows, two cushions, duvet, blanket, a complete set of sheets and two towels (one-time payment).
Final cleaning fee
A €125 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out.
For couples
‌‌✔In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, the second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by €100 (one-time payment).
‌‌✔In the event the Tenants are a couple: the rent will be increased by €265/month, including up to €65 of monthly utilities (water, electricity, and gas), weekly supply of toilet and kitchen paper, hand soap, and dish soap for the second person, weekly cleaning of the common areas, maintenance and 24h assistance by a Community Facilitator (monthly payment).
