Welcome to the beautiful 2 bed 2 bath townhouse with private pool in Playa Flamenca just a block off of the Saturday market and a 10 minute walk to the Zenia BLVD shopping centre. LOCATION.
This townhouse is superb! On entering you have a large area with the private pool and dining area as well 4 sunloungers to relax in the sun plus a BBQ. There is a large terrace also off of the living room with lush chairs just to curl up in. This house screams sun! Inside you have a large living room to seat five, aircon, a flat screen tv with all nationalities and a dining area for four. Just off the dining area is a large fully fitted kitchen to cater for all of your holiday needs. Upstairs are 2 beautiful bedrooms, the master with an ensuite shower room as aircon and the second with aircon. There is also a family shower room. This townhouse is superb for those holidays in the sun, golfing trip or just a family outing. If you want to make more friends there is a communal pool as well.
The townhouse is only a couple blocks away from the huge Saturday Market so you can shop for those bargains!! What's fantastic is the largest shopping mall in Europe is only a 10-minute walk away so you can spend hours shopping if not on the beach. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops, it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court.
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door and other such as Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf. The La Zenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are just a couple of km's away as well.
