5. Tourist Tax: €1/adult/day for the first 7 days.
6. Expense Provision:
- €800/month for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.
- In low season, from October to April, for weekly stays: €250/month for
water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption.
7. Late Check-In:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: €45 supplement.
- From 24:00 onwards: €70 supplement.
8. Supplement of €30/person/day for groups of 10 or more.
9. The security deposit is €1000.
