You would only share the extensive garden, where you can find a barbecue, ping pong table, and a large pool to enjoy with friends, family, and fellow colivers from all around the world.
This charming 45 m² apartment is ideal for couples or young individuals seeking greater privacy and comfort. The initial space comprises a 15 m² living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a small refrigerator, lovingly decorated with everything you need for an unforgettable experience.
The apartment comes with its own laundry facilities and a private full bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The second space is a generous 9 m² bedroom. This beautiful room features a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and has its own air conditioning system, in addition to central heating.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 100€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people.
+ The admin fee of 250€ is per person.
+ Credit or debit card is a requirement. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay.
