A newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment with uninterrupted sea views and direct access to beautiful communal gardens and an outdoor pool and childrens pool. The property is in a small exclusive development a short distance from the beach, with 2 beachside restaurants, and within easy reach of the many restaurants and activities of Lagos.
The apartment has an open plan living space and has been decorated in neutral colours to an exceptionally high standard. Patio doors open directly onto a large, south facing terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The master bedroom also opens on to the terrace and includes a large king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a double bed and single bed.
