4 Bedroom Villa in Can Trabal, Olèrdola
Villa Barcelona is a very modern villa furnished to a high standard. Conveniently situated 12km drive from the coastal resort of Sitges and only 35 minutes drive from Barcelona. You will have full private use of the villa, pool and gardens. There is a private swimming pool and BBQ, sun loungers and terrace lounge area. The villa is located amongst vineyards in the heart of the Penedes region of Catalonia famous for its wine and cava production. The mountain scenery is a perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday or offering many activities such as cycling, hiking, horse riding, site seeing and wine tasting. The villa is only 12km away from the 17 beaches of Sitges and its buzzing nightlife. Monserrat is approx 30 minutes and Portaventura also approx 45 minutes. The garden and pool has had its yearly maintenance and we have changed the water of the pool for extra saftey. Each and every year we try to keep this villa up to standard and we reinvest in the property 20% of the rental income so that our guests enjoy the villa and we still have great family home even though there are over 100 guests per year. We will also be offering a small welcome pack for all our guests which we have not done so far but its all about service. I am always on hand for you by phone and my team of staff who look after the villa and will great you when you arrive are near by.
As you will see from my reviews on this page that I have had one un happy customer last year and has said that my villa was infested with field mice and I knew about this, which is complete lies and I am at the moment seeking legal advice on how to take this review off the page. I can safely say that my villa does not have a field mice problem and I have had over 500 guests during 7 years of rental with a satisfaction rate of 96% and none of them have ever complained about mice. For the last few seasons i have had child safe mouse traps in the garden just in case a field mouse does appear but this is something that could happen in any country house in the UK or Spain. The key holder and cleaner are my next door neighbours and I can assure you that they are on the case and have never seen any mice. The villa is cleaned every Saturday on arrival days which includes all the kitchen cupboards and fridge etc and even all the drawers in the whole villa so I think that the villa is cleaner than most peoples own house. The garden and pool are cleaned and the grass is cut each week so the garden is checked each week
For the season of 2019 we changed all the beds in the villa so they now only have 6 months use and also we have installed a new Smart tv.
We have built a new porche along the back of the villa to create a new chill out area with new furniture. I have also changed the bath for a wall to wall shower in the upstairs bathroom
