The house has 60 square meters, perfectly distributed among all the rooms of the house. The apartment has a single room with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe to store clothes. The living-dining room is very cozy and connects to its fantastic terrace , which is the jewel of the apartment, ideal for sunbathing or dining with friends in summer. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped and furnished, to feel comfortable when preparing your meals. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, a parking lot and a community patio in which there is a swimming pool .
The nearest metro stops are Bogatell and Ciutadella Vila Olímpica (L4) , in addition to having numerous bus stops nearby.
