We do not accept reservations from single groups celebrating events or groups attending European Championship football matches.
Reservations will not be accepted from individuals intending to engage in illegal activities or inviting guests during their stay.
The owner or designated contact person may request the signing of a contract upon arrival or payment of the rent.
We emphasize the importance of respecting the neighbors' rest by maintaining a peaceful environment throughout your stay, especially during nighttime hours, both within the apartment and outside when returning at night. Failure to do so may result in eviction without a deposit refund.
