1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
If you want to move in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent;
If you want to move in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half a month rent;
If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month;
If you want to check out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent;
2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 17 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + VATfor the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests.
3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA
4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent
5 -Utilities: € 100 per month per person or € 200 minimum per apartment
