GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Apartment is shared with two other flat mates
- Rent must be paid within the 5 first days of the month.
-Cleaning fee of €30 to be paid at the move in day.
-Deposit of €300 to be paid at the move in day (would be returned at the end of the stay unless there is a breach of the rental agreement or any damage is done to the room and apartment.)
-Rental agreement to be signed at the move in day
- Payment method: cash or bank transfer
- there is a fee called others to be paid along with the deposit when Check in of 50€ + cleaning when enter to the apartment.
CHECK-IN/OUT INFORMATION:
- You must let us know what time you will be arriving so we can coordinate. Also when you will check out.
