The apartment is close to University Diagonal and IBEC. It's also close to Camp Nou (Barça Football Stadium). And Sants Train Station. Very nice apartment.
It's located in a very commercial and full of life area.

The landlord will live in the apartment as well.
The cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen is distributed among the 3 people living here.
I don't allow friends sleeping over. Except an exceptional occasion.
