Hello, I am Carlos, I am Spanish and I am 48 years old, I work as a civil servant in the local administration. I live alone in a very central apartment in Barcelona.
I like the tranquility and the good coexistence, and at the same time, being a large and elongated apartment, I find it useful to have an extra income by renting out the main room. I am a sociable person, but I also respect people's privacy.
The room is spacious, it has a large bed, a wardrobe and a shelf and a small desk, but very useful for the size of the room.
The apartment is shared only with me, I rent a double room that faces outside.
The apartment has 2 sinks, they are only shared for the shower, since only the large one has a shower.
Building with elevator.
There is no heating or air conditioning, but in the room there is a heater and a fan.
The room does not have a lock, but a latch to close from the inside.
Cleaning woman every week for common areas.
I have 2 8 year old kids, but they don't live with me, they just come over on some Sundays once a month.
