Positive: The location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the apartment. Check-in and check-out without any problems. The owner was very friendly and always available to help if needed. Private parking is available (please discuss this with the owner for an additional fee). It is worth taking this parking lot if you arrive by car, otherwise you will have huge problems with parking.

Negative: The bedroom wall need some soundproofing. The neighbors make noise every morning. Even though the bedroom is an interior room, the seagulls still make noise (though that's bearable). There's no other street noise.
