Sunny apartment 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with a large terrace on the second floor. The residence "La Ladera del Golf" is located on an elevated and quiet part of the village. There is one of the largest pools in the village and many well maintained gardens. It's very easy to park the car right behind the building. There are paddle tennis / basketball and also children parks.
Our exclusive apartment is located in Almerimar, 35 km west of Almeria villa in the Mediterranean Sea. There is a large terraces with panoramic views of the golf course, the sea and the marina of Almerimar. The holiday property is located in a quiet village just above the golf course. (27 holes). The property has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds. The residence has a large communal pool, surrounded by a beautiful lawn for sunbathing. The beach is within walking distance of only twenty minutes. The property is located in the upper village, giving it a unique view of Almerimar and its surroundings. The terrace overlooks the golf course, the beach, the village center, marina and the mountains (Las Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada).
