The apartment is located on the first floor of the house with its own entrance, easy access to the garden and pool (stairs) and a large covered outdoor area with a pool table, barbecue and a large seating area.
The apartment has everything you need; a living room with double sofa bed, an open kitchen with high quality appliances, a bedroom with king size bed and a private bathroom with sauna. The sauna can accommodate 2-3 people and has chromotherapy, music therapy and aromatherapy.
The TV is a 50" 4K TV with 1.8 meter extendable stand. Netflix. Equipped with Denon soundbar. Additional portable Denon speaker suitable for outdoor use.
You also have the option of using our washing machine, as well as our mini gym with Adidas multi-gym and high-end elliptical trainers.
And who are we? We are Trude and Miguel and our lovely dog Maia. Please note that she is an important part of the house and you may meet her by chance. Therefore, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for people who are allergic to pets.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to have friends visiting during the day. Please note that no parties or events are permitted.
A maximum of one couple with children, two couples or groups of serious and responsible adults are allowed. Age preferably 25 plus.
The house is located in a residential area. Please respect the tranquility of the owners and neighbors.
It is also worth mentioning that we speak fluent German, English, Spanish and Norwegian.

Remember to turn off the air conditioning before leaving the apartment.
Please do not place any drinks on the pool table. It is equipped with a high quality mat and balls, so it may be necessary to leave a deposit if you wish to use it.
Please try to put as much as possible in the recycling. There are recycling garbage cans outside the house.
Important: use water and electricity wisely as we are currently suffering from water shortages and a sharp increase in electricity prices in Spain.
