This is one of our most coveted apartments. It stands out for its spaciousness, its equipment and above all for its strategic location since being close to the metro and the FIRA makes it perfect for families and business trips. It is also newly renovated. .
The Space:
Magnificent apartment completely renovated and equipped. It has 4 bedrooms (one double with a double bed, two singles with a single bed in each and one double with two single beds), one of them a double with a double bed. The bathroom is completely new, equipped and spacious, with a large shower. The fully equipped kitchen will be perfect for preparing a fantastic dinner. The living room is perfect to relax, spend a pleasant evening, watch television and dine comfortably.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, it also has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and free WIFI.
Our apartment is a modern apartment located next to Camp Nou (just a 5-minute walk away) and very well connected to the center of Barcelona (the nearest metro stop is a 2-minute walk away). Its location is ideal to enjoy everyday Barcelona, living it like a local. With a multitude of shops around and in front of the Collblanc market, you will find a wide variety of national and typical food, as well as imported or organic food.
If football brought you to Barcelona, this is the apartment you need for your stay, nothing like the local heat of the previous matches. You will see how the neighborhood is filled with celebration in each match and you can walk to the Barça field
And if you travel for work, FIRA and the convention centers are just a few steps away.

We do not accept groups of young people in which there are children under 25 years of age. The minimum age of the group must be 25 years for all the people who are going to stay
We do not accept guests who come to celebrate bachelor parties
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Failure to respect our regulations, making noise at night, will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the deposit.

Collblanc is a neighborhood in the 3rd district of Hospitalet de Llobregat famous for its cultural atmosphere and its architectural jewels. In the bustling Plaza del Mercado is the neighborhood market, in Art Deco style and designed by Ramón Puig i Gairalt, who also devised the emblematic Teatre Joventut. The leafy Parque de la Marquesa is home to Torre Barrina, an old 19th-century farmhouse that is now a multimedia cultural center
It is very close to the Fira de Barcelona and the Campo del Barça
Getting Around:
It is not necessary to use the car. The best option is to use the metro, it is a few meters from the apartment. The red line goes directly to Plaza Cataluña.
There are several buses in the area.
The market is very close to the apartment, there are also many shops and places to shop.

WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
