The house has three floors with air conditioning, on the first floor is the living room, dining room, professional kitchen, 2 common toilets and laundry, from this floor you can go out to the garden and all the outdoor area overlooking the river. On the second floor is a kitchen that serves the pool area with a very spacious hall and 7 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, of the 7 rooms one of them has 2 bunk beds, in total on this floor can accommodate 16 people. From this floor there is access to the pool, garden and solarium area. On the 3rd floor there are 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and one of the rooms with a small living room. Some rooms have views to the river and others to the swimming pool.
The whole environment is a very quiet area where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets ideal for family gatherings or with friends.
