Positive: Upon our arrival, someone was there to meet us, but they explained that there was no room for us at the accommodation we had booked, and that we would need to stay nearby at a different property. This is unacceptable. The issue was not the quality of the alternative accommodation where we spent the night, but rather the way this was handled — it seems like intentional overbooking.
