I can go down to the beach by a nearby elevator to restaurants level, and then a few steps to the sand (5 min walking distance to the sand). Then you can walk along the shore to go to the dunes of Maspalomas and nudist area in 15 min.
Very close walking distance to all amenities, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, discos, buses and taxis. 15 min walking distance to C. C. Jumbo (Gay meeting night spot).
