On your private, open terrace, furnished with a small table and comfortable chairs, you are invited to begin the day with a fresh cup of coffee and the newspaper or round off the evenings with a glass of wine. In the communal outdoor area of the rural estate, shared with the home and the other apartment, you will find an outdoor shower and a generous, heated pool, which is open all year round. On the communal terrace you can sunbathe on one of the loungers before jumping in for a swim! From your window and from the outdoor area, you have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains as well as of the deep, blue ocean on the horizon. Within a 10-minute walk, you will find several supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants in the charming centre of San Bartolomé. Furthermore, the diverse cultural activities and shops as well as the sandy beach of Playa del Reducto are located 8.5 km or a 10-minute drive away in the capital Arrecife. The popular beach of Playa Honda is also only a 12-minute drive or (or 7 km) from the property.
