Casa Juanne is a beautiful holiday villa (6 people) with guest accommodation (4 people) on the Costa Blanca 40 km from Alicante (airport).
Villa and guesthouse are on a walled domain of 2000 m², of which 1000 m² are at your disposal. On the domain is a 3rd home that is permanently inhabited by an elderly lady with a small dog.
The villa is suitable for 6 people with 2 bedrooms each with a 2-person bed and a large fitted wardrobe. The living room has a 2-person sofa bed, table and chairs for 6 people. The bathroom with multifunctional rain shower, sink, toilet and bidet is equipped with an electric heating device. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and an additional tap for potable water. Each room has a separate air conditioning. The house is equipped with shutters and has a terrace with a beautiful view of the beautiful garden, with flowers and palms. There is a solarium on top of the house (4 x 5 m)
The guesthouse with its own entrance is suitable for max. 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, each with a 2-person bed with air conditioning and 1 bathroom with a multifunctional rain shower, toilet, double washbasin and equipped with an electric heating device and access to the inner terrace, equipped with table and 4 chairs (this guesthouse cannot be rented separately)
The large, partly covered, well-furnished and illuminated outdoor kitchen (120 m²) consists of 2 tables with 10 chairs, 5 meter countertop, 2 refrigerators with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove, oven, barbecue, TV (from March to November ). On the terrace of the outdoor kitchen are 10 sun loungers as well as a lounge salon (8 seats) with 2 large umbrellas. Cool drinks can be served at the beautiful white bar.
The swimming pool is 8 x 4 m and has an outdoor shower.
TV Flanders can be received via satellite. Wireless and free internet (WiFi) is available. Our property is on a closed domain of 2000 m², of which 1000 m² are at your disposal. The third home on the domain is permanently inhabited.
Small pets are allowed (on request).
The villa is quietly located in a residential area, close to the Salinas (sweet & salt lakes) and 12 km away is the town of Torrevieja, 10 km from Guardamar beach.
In the village of Ciudad Quesada there are several pubs, a Belgian bakery, restaurants as well as supermarkets, a gas station and a medical center.
At 800 meters from the house you will find 3 hardcore tennis courts, a basketball and soccer field.
In the immediate vicinity are several nice cities (Alicante, Benidorm, Cartagena, Murcia, etc.), amusement parks, swimming pools and golf courses.
Water parks in Ciudad, (only open in June, July and August), Torrevieja and Benidorm are highly recommended, as are the numerous golf clubs.
In the area, open air markets are regularly held at numerous locations (eg Campo de Guardamar, Guardamar, Torrevieja) or you can go shopping in the open air shopping malls (eg. Habaneras in Torrevieja and La Zenia in La Zenia).
Casa Juanne is best reached via Alicante airport (ALC) approx. 40 km or Murcia (MJV) approx. 62 km, upon arrival at the airport it is easy to pick up a car that is best rented in advance via the internet.
