The typical Mallorcan house is completely parquet with solid wood (including the guest room). The house is located in the center of Felanitx, less than 20 minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beaches such as Cala Mondragó, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyí, the beautiful monastery of Sant Salvador and the picturesque towns of Portocolom, Cas Concos, s'Alquería Blanca, Porreres and Santanyí. The house was completely renovated and modernized 15 years ago.
The guest room with en-suite bathroom can accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has its own sun terrace with a beautiful view over the roofs from Felanitx to the Calvary.
Breakfast is served for free in Can Vinya, but could also be taken for a fee in one of the bars in Plaça d'Espanya (2 minutes away).
We recommend renting a car at the airport to explore the area and Mallorca's east and southeast. We are happy to help with online booking tips for rental cars, motorcycles, rental bicycles or for boats with or without a boat license.
The marinas of Portocolom, Porto Petro, Cala d'Or and Cala Figuera (Santanyí) are within easy reach. Sa Rapita, Colonia de Sant Jordi, s'Estanyol or Porto Cristo can be reached in about 30 minutes and offer opportunities for sailing, diving, water skiing, etc.
Mallorca is also a paradise for rock climbers. Directly in Felanitx there is a wall with 8 moderately difficult tours (Sa Mola), 23 rather difficult tours in 2 sectors await the more experienced climbers (Castell de Santueri) in 15 minutes. Santanyí (with Tijuana), Cala Sa Nau and Cala Magraner can also be reached in less than half an hour.
For the particularly ambitious sport climbers there is deep water soloing with 10 areas on the nearby east coast with a total of 290 routes.
