With 5 bedrooms and 3 fully renovated bathrooms, everything has been designed to make your stay unforgettable. You will love the delicate touch of the ceramic switches, the strength of the wall-hung basin in sheer stone from Almería, the beauty of the brushed brass taps.
In the late afternoon, you can go up to the upper terrace for an aperitif in the evening lights facing the sea or simply to enjoy a moment of calm or reading.
The 2 large beds by the pool with comfortable mattresses will be welcome for well-deserved moments of relaxation and dreams. The pool without chlorine and its generous Baja shelf will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of sunbathing and playing with the little ones in complete safety.
Bini Mi is also a project that is part of the desire to respect the environmental balance of the island of Menorca. The sanitary water is heated by an aerothermal coupled to a solar panel to reduce the electricity consumption of the house by almost 70%. The kitchen is equipped with a remineralized reverse osmosis water supply to limit the purchase of bottled water. Finally, the slightly salty pool benefits from an automatic electrolysis treatment to eliminate the use of chlorine and make swimming healthy and skin friendly.
Finally, all the rooms are air-conditioned with inverter-type devices to limit energy consumption as much as possible.
