On the border of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne, surrounded by rolling hills with sunflowers, fruits and vegetables lies our newly renovated, carefully designed villa Laureillie, with beautiful views. It has a large, heated, private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden, terraces and patio's. The house sleeps 6 to 8 people. 30 minutes from Bergerac airport or 2 hours from Bordeaux. 7 minutes from Monflanquin. Ideal for families, golfers, hikers, culture/ nature lovers and foodies.
The space
We have renovated the house last year and kept the local athmosphere while adding contemporary design, materials and art. It has a large, heated, private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden. The house now has a large living space, open kitchen and fireplace. The house is suited for 8 people and has four bedrooms: one large family room with private bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a bedroom by the back patio. Excellent wifi, Sonos, tv/Netflix are present. Towels and bed linnen are taken care of.
