Positive: The bungalow is nice, it has a comfortable bed an equipped kitchen with Fridge and microwave. Cleaning utensils provided with towels and beach towels. Small outside area with sun beds canopy and table and chairs. Safe included and smart TV with WiFi. Lovely pool and no issues with sun bed’s.

Negative: This was our first time visiting the complex. I did expect to be met by Oliver but we were sent instructions via WhatsApp on how to enter the property. A welcome pack and instructions on how to work the TV and fans in the bungalow were not provided. The fan in the bedroom did not work, after a week in 38 degree heat I bought batteries for the remote and got the fan running in the bedroom. I feel the fans should have been checked by management before we arrived. Oliver did answer my text and arrived to the bungalow when the water had been turned off. It would have been better if we had been met on arrival and all things checked and explained when we arrived. This is a residential property situated on a very steep hill. Expect to pay for taxis. Too hilly for us.
