A lovely traditional country villa fully restored situated at a mere 10 minute walk (900 meters) to the village of Pollensa, ideal for small families not wanting to be confined to the use of a car. It is furnished in a traditional style with quality hand crafted furniture. The swimming pool, with a new wooden deck fenced off for child safety, is situated on the side of the villa surrounded by palm trees, colourful flowers and large lawn area as well as a children’s playground. In the back of the villa is a large porch with a BBQ for outside dining with total privacy.

Covered terrace with large wood dining table in the rear side of the villa; annex with double bedroom and shower room, just off the covered terrace behind the pool area. Covered BBQ area with an old oven to other side of the covered terrace, laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board).
