Welcome to an amazing place even today in Mallorca. This house is located in front of the sea, in a small but charming cove. You will enjoy resting listening to the gentle waves of the sea. It is a very pleasant experience.
The house is simple. It was one of the first to be built in Cala Morlanda and was renovated several times. It has everything you need to feel at home. The place where it is located is a luxury.
The kitchen has approx. 10 square meters with everything you need to cook. The dining room also has 12 square meters and from the dining room has direct views of the sea, to the beach of La Cala. The living room is spacious and includes a convertible sofa bed. It is a very cool place with sea views.
The 2 rooms are of normal size and with everything to rest. There is a crib and several furniture for babies. The bathroom is with bathtub.
The house is surrounded on 3 sides by terraces. On the front terrace is where they spend more hours since it is very nice.
Just 30 meters from the house there is a place where people like to dive into the sea. It has a height of about 4 meters. It is not advisable to throw away children under 10 years of age.
5 min. walking you will reach a virgin cove called Es Caló d'en Rafelino. Totally virgin and also of crystalline waters as in Cala Morlanda. Between Cala Morlanda and Es Caló d'en Rafelino there are different caves accessible by sea or by land.
You can practice all the water sports that you like: diving, fishing, ...
You will find everything you need in restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets, tourist attractions, only in a radius of 3-4km.
