Positive: The location was great. Central to all facilities. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Negative: Keys to access the apartment had to be collected from an office about 15 / 20 minute walk away. Not good when you don't know the area. Needs to be somewhere closer. Some extra towels were available in the cupboards but I would prefer housekeeping to call at least once during the stay and refresh everything and provide clean towels especially when a family staying . Bathroom is small for a family of 4 staying and shower is too small also. Had to be careful getting in and out of it

Summary: Overall it was lovely if they could sort above I would definitely stay again.
