Positive: Fantastic location. A view over the bay to die for.Lift and free car parking.

Negative: The apartment had everything but is a little dated. Needs updating. No aircon and had to pay extra for a fan. Very noisy at night with cars racing up and down the beach car park. Youths shouting and dinging on the beach until 4am. Couldn't close windows as you needed ventilation. Aircon would cure this.

Summary: Great views and location. But tired.
