Positive: The apartment is located within a hotel which has a spa, a pool and other facilities. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need, a washing machine if you need it also, with enough space for a couple or a family with 1 kid let's say. Nice decorations, you can feel like home and also the balcony it's very nice during the morning with great views. A lot of free parking spaces although at night sometimes you can find a spot a bit harder. There's a nice coffee place near the complex and also a super market, also on the other side of the highway you can find a Lidl, which is nice. The host was great, good communication and we didn't missed anything. If we will come back in Tenerife, most probably we will check for the availability of this place again.

Negative: The mattress for us wasn't great, although initially we found it comfy but we woke up into a hole, the mattress is was too soft and with the two of us we just sunk on it and no, we are not that fat :). Also the bathroom needs a bit of renovation but probably that's because of the very high humidity.
