Even though Can Sant Joan is in the middle of nature, it is 2 miles away from the entrance to the C- 60 connecting the A7 and C -32. There is also a railway connection in Granollers (8 km) and Mataro (12 km).
Inside the property there are two independent houses with a separation of about 100 m . Both houses are located at the end of a private road, 400 meters away from the road Parpers, which connects Mataró and La Roca del Vallès.This is a little transited road favoured by local bicycle enthusiasts.
