Positive: Pool facilities. Proximity to pools and shop

Negative: Staff in bottom pool bar less than enthusiastic about their job. Food terrible. Pre cooking food before service?Left site most nights to dine out. Very average service for a few drinks. Panorma bar - Queuing to order and pay then having to queue to wait for drinks. Absolute joke. Last day we decided to have few drinks in bottom bar there was food etc all over the floor and Staff tripping themselves walking over it. It wasnt busy at that time. Accommodation booked through third party was excellent. Pool guards 100%. However will not be returning. Management should take a trip to cocktail bar down the road where there is first-class service and friendly staff
