Positive: Getting into the apartment was easy. The staff made it warm and comfortable, especially since the weather was very cold. The renovated bathroom is really nice. I was very comfortable overall, and the master bedroom and bed were great. The location is superb—right in the middle of everything, with coffee shops, supermarkets, and more within walking distance.

Negative: Even though the apartment is inside a building that’s supposed to be very quiet, I want to warn future guests that there is a subway running directly under the building, and it can be noisy. The noise is present most of the time and is quieter only between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Also, the residents living above the apartment are very loud. You can hear them moving chairs constantly, and they talk so loudly it feels like they’re right next door. While the bathroom is renovated, the kitchen is not. The cabinets are very old and difficult to open and close. The washer does not work well. There is a new fridge, and the stove/oven are fine, but the sink area needs attention—the cabinet under the sink was dirty and unpleasant, and the sink itself looked worn and yellowish. Overall, the apartment needs some additional investment and maintenance in these areas to be truly comfortable for future guests. One more important issue: we were not provided with an electronic key/fob for the main entrance. For three days, we had to wait outside and rely on other residents to open the door for us, which was extremely frustrating and stressful—especially in very cold weather. On the third day, I contacted Booking.com, and the situation was finally resolved.
