Plenty of parking, fully fenced. 3 minute drive/ 15 minute walk to lake Vinuela. 2 bed with 2 full baths with all the amenities you could need. 450m from a great restaurant and 18-20 min drive to the beach in torre del mar. Torre del mar also has a huge shopping mall. The property is pet friendly for well-behaved pets. Smoking inside is prohibited but there is an abundance of outdoor space to smoke.
The house is very cosy with AC and ceiling fans in every room. A king bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. All the kitchen appliances you could need for cooking, or making cocktails to enjoy the views from the terraced areas. There is an indoor and outdoor dining set where you will dine under two palm trees while enjoying spectacular mountain and pool views.
There are multiple restaurants within 2km of the house. One fantastic restaurant within walking distance at 450m. Others a short drive to Puente Don Manuel or la Vinuela town.
There are many well known walking trails in and around the lake. Many quaint white washed Andalucian towns within a short drive where you can try local produce and the famous Periana olive oil.
The pool is private and will be maintained by the owner while guests are here.
