The semi-open kitchen adjoins the living/dining area with a bench and chairs, as well as a sofa and armchair, satellite TV (Astra) and Internet TV (Orange), a music system, a telephone and a fan. The bathroom, renovated in 2016, is equipped with a large shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The toilet is located in the guest WC. There are electric Heinz radiators in all rooms. WLAN (450 MBit) is available in all rooms and can be used free of charge.
You can relax and enjoy the sun on the south-facing terrace in front of the house. The terrace behind the house can be used on hot days or for drying laundry. Garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal. The garden is fully fenced and therefore offers ideal exercise for pets. A private car park can be used free of charge. The centre of Saint Cyprien Plage is the huge harbour with more than 4000 berths, many restaurants and boutiques. There is a small supermarket and a butcher about 350 metres away. The nearest bakery is approx. 400 metres away, making it easy to get fresh bread rolls and original French croissants for breakfast in the morning. Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here. You can go surfing, paragliding, jet skiing or book a catamaran tour right on the doorstep. If the weather doesn't play ball, take a trip to the swimming pool four kilometres away.
