The picturesque neighbourhood of 'la marina' (fisherman's borough) where most of bars and restaurants (ask us for tips!)are is 10 minute walk.

Despite the renovation and some new furniture we have tried to keep the essence of the flat by renewing some pieces like couches and the music cabinet.

The house faces south, which gives a great light to the front chambers (living room and master bedroom). The two other bedrooms have a window to the common patio, being perfectly cool during the summer.
