Résidence L'Espinet is beautifully and quietly located in a spacious green estate on the outskirts of the cozy town of Quillan. In total there are 150 homes scattered on the gently sloping, open grounds. This comfortable vacation home is suitable for six people, detached and has two floors. From the (semi-covered) terrace, which can be entered through the large patio doors, one has a view of the Pyrenees. On the first floor there is a living room with cozy sitting area with sofa and flat screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.This floor also has a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath or shower and separate toilet. The oak staircase in the living room leads to the other two bedrooms (both with two single beds or one with two single beds and one with a double bed) on the second floor. In addition, here is the second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. For extra comfort there is good working internet (fiberglass).
