This amazing apartment is located on Padre Marchena Street, in a beautiful typical Sevillian style house, renovated and converted into 3 apartments. It’s the perfect place to enjoy, at the same time, the quiest surrondings, and the best location to visit Seville.
In the restoration of the house, all the architectural aspects that give value to the building have been respected, as for example the original wooden beams that support a raised ceiling of more than 3 meters high. The living room has been furnished in detail contrasting classic and modern elements. It has a nice seating and dining area, and the kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with everything our guest might need.
It has two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed of 1.60 * 1.90 m and a bathroom with shower en suite, and another one with two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 cm each. The other bathroom with shower is located outside the rooms with access from the living room. In addition, there is a beautiful terrace on the top floor, furnished and ready to enjoy it to the fullest.
Padre Marchena street is one of the quietest in the center and the Arenal area. There are are many exclusive houses with the typical arquitecture of Seville, and also the area is completely safe. Close to the apartment there are numerous bars, and it’s easy to find some of the most famous restaurants in the city, as well as small shops and two supermarkets.
