On the ground floor, there is the entrance with a hallway and wardrobe, and through the white muntin windows, you can look into the romantically overgrown courtyard. A curved staircase leads to the living area on the first floor, where the kitchen, shower room, and living room are located. The entire living area is – except for the bathroom – equipped with high-quality wooden parquet, contributing to the cozy atmosphere.
The modern, stylish fitted kitchen with a window to the charming courtyard is comfortable and practical, equipped with everything you need for cooking and enjoyment. Here, you will find, among other things, an induction hob, oven/microwave, as well as a filter and an espresso machine. The newly renovated bathroom is also on this floor. It is inviting with a bright natural stone floor and exudes a luxurious flair. A spacious, walk-in shower with a rain shower head ensures a refreshing start to the day.
Next door awaits the highlight of the holiday home, the light-flooded living room. It captivates with its tasteful ambiance in a high-quality and modern country house style. Loving details and well-thought-out furnishings give it its special charm. The entire living area is kept in light colors and radiates a comforting warmth. Small but all the more comfortable is the motto here!
