Positive: The location of the property is superb. Super close to everything you need - beach, restaurants, Mercadona store was literally 4 min of walking. Playground was on the street behind us, beach was 2 blocks down. Perfect for visiting with kids. No stairs, and also very spacious. A very big bonus is also the free street parking, hustle free. The apartment itself was spacious, big rooms, big bathrooms, just super small showers. Overall is was good value for the money paid.

Negative: I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The sheets had pieces of hair in the master bedroom, also the dishes were super dirty and greasy. They were not washed at all, as there is no dishwasher. A few of the towels left were also with stains and not so clean. My main reason for not giving an Excellent review was the fact that the electricity stopped all of the sudden on the second night we were at the property at 10 pm. The reason was unknown, I tried to contact the property via the provided Whatsapp number and called as well, but got no answer at all. I was left with no Air conditioning and in the dark with 2 small children. The neighbors had power, but not our apartment. The managers of the property must have someone on call, a real person to answer questions and really help the tenants with issues they experience. This is unacceptable to not have anyone to contact with problems in the property. My father had to drive down through the night to help me with the electric board in the apartment. In my opinion the property managers must warn the guests if issues with weak electricity connections in the apartment. My second issue with the team was that we forgot a baby item once we checked out of the house, and on the very next day I called to ask if it was found so i can arrange collecting it. Unfortunately, I was informed that the cleaning team had thrown the item away since they decided its not a valuable item. Its part of a baby swing and is worth around 50 euros, but that is not the point. A good customer service would have been to contact me and ask if I can collect or they will discard.
