The small village of S'Horta is within a 2 minutes drive and offers a small supermarket, two restaurants, a café and a bakery. The picturesque harbour of Porto Colom is only a few minutes drive away. This small village has a nice seaside promenade with a number of excellent restaurants overlooking the harbour. There are shops, cafés and sports facilities in the centre and several beaches nearby. The south-east coast is popular for the manifold landscape and the romantic coves, bays and beaches. The clear waters are ideal for diving, cyclists have a wide choice of tracks and golfers will enjoy the demanding Vall d'Or golf course with its stunning sea views. The lively village of Cala d'Or is at only 10 minutes distance. This seaside resort offers a nice pedestrian zone with boutiques, restaurants and bars, seven beaches a marina and a nice selection of sparetime activities.

On the first floor there are two more twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite as well as two bathrooms with shower. There is also another living room with satellite television and a play station 3.
