Our detached 4 bed private villa with 2 bathrooms, kitchen diner is in El Alamillo very close to all amenities and the port itself. We have stunning sea views on all levels and a private swimming pool with childrens waterslide. Very spacious terrace area with sunbeds , dining area and outdoor barbecue. Large rooftop solarium with views of the whole bay of Mazarron. This villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends and can sleep up to 8 people. the house is situated in a residential area and is a 10-minute walk to the local beach, adjoining the sandy beach of Puerto de Mazarron, harbour and marina. The Puerto is within a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. There are some local restaurants and a pharmacy, within 5/10 minutes walk. Wide variety of restaurants and cafes/bars along the sea front in Puerto de Mazarron. Both sea and inland views are available from the house. The 3 upper bedrooms all have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes, downstairs there are free standing fans. Smart TV .

Puerto de Mazarron is a Spanish fishing port situated on the Costa Calida of Spain and benefits from all year around sunshine.
It is accessed from Alicante Airport ( approximately 1 hr 20 mins) or San Javier , Murcia Airport ( Approximately 50 minutes away).
The owners lived and worked in the area previously and have an excellent knowledge of local amenities , contacts and taxi drivers should it be required.
