Positive: Location: good - 5 min to shops/restaurant, 10mins to beach (via step paths / stairs - not for elderly), View: very good (can see beach and surrounding hills), Apartment and pool: as seen in photos, Parking: available in front of property

Negative: Check-in: is at 4pm + 250euro deposit required, Cleaners: none during 7 day stay, Rubbish: have to sort rubbish for food / recyclables / etc and place in appropriate container, Landlord(s): Will not meet landlord(s) (all done via text / mobile), Ants! (if food is not placed in plastic containers / fridge ... the ants will find it .. had to plug holes with tissue to prevent them coming in .. no reply from landlords regarding this), Air condition: No air condition for all rooms (fans given / shutters for windows) Checkout: at 10am (money taken from deposit if rubbish is not sorted)

Summary: Excellent location provided you can walk stairs / steps, lovely view from apartment, lovely pool
